Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Metrics Data Structure

View metrics field information. The fields are listed by tab in alphabetical order.

Metrics Tab

Field Description
Metrics
This is the metric name. Click the name to view:
  • The metric name.
  • Remarks if any are available.
  • Any Activity Status or Activity Type inclusions. An inclusion is a filter (typically a check box) that allows the person creating the metric to select or deselect activities by Status (Planned, In-Progress, Complete) and by Type (Summary, Milestone, Normal, Level of Effort).
  • A filter if one has been defined.
  • The metric primary formula. If the primary formula is not defined, no formula displays.
Description

This is a description of the folder/metric.

Field Description
Name

This is the name of the variable. Click to edit it.

Value

This is the metric value. Click to edit it.
